What is an Organization-hosted Virtual Food Drive?

Food drives are a wonderful way to get much-needed food to hungry men, women, children, and families in your local community. But not every workplace has the necessary storage, equipment, or on-site employees to host a food drive.

With easy-to-use technology, the Rescue Mission Alliance can help your company, organization, club or faith group organize a Virtual Food Drive (VFD) with fun, point-and-click simplicity similar to online shopping. No longer do you have to haul sacks of food to the office.

Transactions can be completed within minutes. Donors may use any major credit card for payment on a secure site and receive an e-receipt immediately.
By posting the link on your intranet, all employees or members can participate on a 24/7 basis.
