About the Valley Food Bank

The Valley Food Bank was established in 2001 to serve the food insecure in the San Fernando Valley. Our warehouse facility is a central hub that collects, processes, and distributes surplus food at no-charge to a network of rescue centers, food pantries, and soup kitchens to provide hot nutritious meals and food baskets to the homeless and needy throughout the community. Click here for a listing of our network of food pantries.
Thousands of underserved hungry and poor in the local community are suffering from the lack of proper nutrition, and need immediate attention. We cannot do it without your help. Please open your heart and give today to care for the less fortunate.
If you shop at Ralph's Grocery Store, you can help support the Rescue Mission Alliance. Just register your Ralph's Reward card - select the Valley Food Bank and a percentage of every purchase you make will be donated to us to assist in bring hope to those in need.
